About Alphonse
Thierre Alphonse, APRN, is an infectious disease specialist who provides individualized patient-centered care at South Florida Care Center in Pompano Beach and Fort Lauderdale, Florida. An infectious disease specialist, Thierre has developed an outstanding bedside manner and serves as a true resource to those in his care.
Education has always played a central role in his life. Thierre began his studies at Florida Atlantic University (FAU) in Boca Raton, where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. Next, he achieved a Master’s degree in Nursing specializing in Family Nurse Practioner (FNP) from South University in Savannah, Georgia.
Thierre is currently furthering his education and is completing his Post-MSN DNP PMHNP at the University of North Florida (UNF) in Jacksonville. A lifelong learner, Thierre continues to seek opportunities to remain on the cutting edge of advancements in health and medicine.
He is knowledgeable in the areas of family planning, STD care and counseling, preventive healthcare and education, pediatric treatment, adult and geriatric treatment, medication management, and smoking cessation.
He is trilingual in English, Creole, and French.
